Before my eyes, there was a test, and the room was clean. I also had a meal, but it was 8:30 last order, so, unfortunately, I had to make a reservation at another restaurant. If you're late at night, the restaurant closes and you can't come in, so those who have made a late reservation should check first.

We stopped in for a quick drink and found a great selection of beers. The Arkells 3B is recommended. The courtyard was warm enough to sit in, and the food looked great for next time.

Had dinner in the evening. The atmosphere was lovely with plenty of space. Reasonable prices and great tasting food. The staff were professional and attentive. A lovely pub.

After a long day in the car, I stopped by to gather my thoughts. I was welcomed by a pleasant atmosphere with comfortable and varied seating options that were spacious and well-staffed. Despite being a stranger, the barman made me feel as welcome as a local. Very impressed, I will definitely return 👍

Extremely friendly staff, great rooms, and excellent food made for a very enjoyable weekend stay. Walking along the Thames path from here was a great experience. Highly recommended.

A great place to stop for lunch on the journey from Gloucester to London. My wife enjoyed the Ham ploughman's with plenty of meat, and I chose the Fish finger sandwich. The sandwiches were served on delicious brown bread with salad and sauces.
